Refund and Return Policy

Overview

At Aquatalk.lk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent refund and return policy, subject to the terms below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective, damaged, or not as described. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: live fish or aquatic animals, opened or used aquarium products, perishable goods, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@aquatalk.lk or call us at +94 77 652 0643. Once your return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide instructions for shipping the item back to us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us with your order details, and we will assist you accordingly.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at info@aquatalk.lk.
